I just fixed the glitch in the room with the rotating lasers and you are able to pick the turrets up now, Thank you everyone for the feedback

I just made a promise to ding map ratings for tight timing. This map won't get dinged, because although it does make you move, it doesn't require perfection to beat it.
The puzzle was a lot of fun to work out, but I have to say the gel rooms were frustrating. If you haven't figured out the best places to put gel, especially blue gel, you can end up making it much harder to maneuver. The small dab of white gel actually needed to solve the puzzle was a distraction, since you can really mess up a map with white gel. Just put a portal surface where the white gel needs to go, and drop the white gel entirely.
It's too bad this map looks so darn plain. The puzzle quality makes me want to give it a 5, but I just got so tired of the featureless rooms! 4/5 from me.
