[SP] Gravity Trials

hey,

I love your new puzzles again whith the gravity and stuff, just a great idea.

but I have found some issues:

In the last chamber

(before the companion cube:D)

also in the last chamber there is an corner that isn`t sealed properly

It isn`t clear when it loads so I thought my computer crashed when it loaded

when you fall in the pit in the last chamber you can`t get out again so that is very anoing and the most irritating part is that when you load you can`t walk.

and if you load part 2 becouse of that you begin without a portalgun (that isn`t a disaster but still.

so it`s a long list but I`m just looking for the flaws because I like the game :D
keep making it bigger because I like it :thumbup: :thumbup:

As finishing touch God created the Dutch

1. The result of the beat turning off for about 3 meters is not a fault of mine lasers were just plain out not suppose to go through world portals so that is a fault of valves having it glitch like that.

2. The corner in last test chamber is another glitch from valve not intending the use of world portals to be like this thus creating a small white line on that corner.

3. It isn't clear when it loads because the map is so small.

4. That is intentional to teach players not to jump into a gravity changed corridor without firing portals.

5. You don't start with a portalgun because your suppose to start from the beginning not the end.

And there's the reasons for all of your flaws and how all of them arnt even my fault. :P

Good concept for new chambers :)

I have to say i enjoyed it a lot. i love the gravity switch. Also I'm not sure if you know the horror movie called "Cube". but your map kinda reminded me of that :)

heh you just gave me another idea

Pretty buggy even as a demo, you can get stuck easy. But the gravity mechanic is really interesting and should be developed further. Still, on my pc the world portals show all white from some distance...

the hills are alive... with the sound of music

Visually this map is bland as hell, and the gravity stuff is more confusing than anything else. It also gets kind of ruined because you can see portal ghosts through walls when you get through the portal doors.

You should also make the screen fade out or something when you get to the

room, so the player knows that it definitely is the end of the map.

Got a real kick out of the ending. Nice job.

I agree with xdiesp. The gravity changes are an interesting concept that need to be developed into a better working map.

I gave this 4/5 for the concept, but as a playable map, it barely deserves a 3. I would like very much to see this one polished up and re-released.

get the companion cube that the level would indicate that that is the end, I wasn't sure if it was or not.
But could just be me.
