For the people who are curious:
instructions.txt says
"- SOS! The Shepherd Company is almost done with their plans. Soon, their androids will go into production and once that happens they will be unstoppable. EDIT: I can't help but put this into a Portal 3 storyline. GLaDOS builds an army of unstoppable robo-birds who shall rain down terror and chaos.

Decoding it to morse code revealed stuff. Password for the other two zips I think.
So what is on the zip files? Or are we to remain quiet about it?

You're a little bit late. we've got everything (we think) and are done now (we think). you just have to join the steam group, and wait for the 27th for our "reward" or whatever it is.
and in case you wanted to get it for yourself, the passwords were "mary" for the txt and the zips, and "alpha" and "omega" for the files in the zips (first and last, respectively)

Also, I checked back on the collection page and noticed the first letter of each map spells "Uprose."
where.txt was in the first zip, what.mp3 was in the second.
