Launching Straight Up

Does your cube come out of a vent? I'm trying to remember how I did it (which did work).

No, it is launched from another ariel faith plate, which is aimed at a target which is inside the second faith plate, to get it over to that one.

I now understand the exact problem. You want the cube to bounce multiple times after having been flung on to the catapult. I'm trying to get it working but with the way phys objects work, it's almost impossible to keep them on a straight line without the use of clips. I'll keep working on it. Another solution would be to have two separate catapults next to each other and have the cube fling in a tight arch. Just lower the launch speed to get a higher arch.

After looking at your updated example, and tweaking my speed settings to 300...it works...bounces up and down for ages. It was down to me having the speed set to 900. =]

Thanks so much.
