My problem is that i cannot get it to do anything at all. i followed the steps and nothing is happening

EDIT: None of the effects even bothered to show up until i changed the texture material to something else, and changed it back again. Must be a glitch, because this is contrary to what the wiki explains

Just when I think I understand the system, it changes on me.
