Apparently the orientation of the clipped lines DOES matter AND you have to displace all surfaces simaltaneously

I actually notice that the pattern of the displacement warps in correspondance to the length and width of the brush, so if two brushes that touch have the same measurement and are displaced at the same time, the lines will match up for sewing.
