Make one door that leads "outside" to avoid confusion in the map.The player wakes up, looks outside at the beautiful ocean, decides to go outside, opens the door and sees Aperture (world portals woo).[/spoiler]
Basically this, but with a wooden, closed door. When the door is opened, you see Aperture.
Thats a nice idea.
Lets wait for more peoples ideas and then we can have a vote

Quote from andyb on March 17, 2012, 5:53 pmNot sure what the other posts by someone was about gel room as there is none. Its an intro.I liked it but...To repetitive with no action.I have no idea how many lines there are for turrets but it may break it up to add more turrets as you move along to the exit so its not to boring.Plus it keeps people thinking.Heck even add 1 live turret just for fun

Quote from Kaleido on March 17, 2012, 7:08 pmThe transition from the beach is definitely extremely jarring... The idea is cool but in execution it looks awful...
Also you have a missing texture on the angled brush after the portal gun room, but im sure you know that...
It's too bad you didn't make this before your map pack got featured. It's a nice storyline.

Quote from CaretCaret on March 18, 2012, 10:19 amOk, What do you think of THIS?
The blue would be windows out to the beach, and from the outside you would see into the room.
I was also thinking I could do a porch or something but I don't know.

Quote from Lemonosity on March 18, 2012, 3:16 pmLooks like a great start. Obviously could use more furniture/appliances to make it more homely, but yeah pretty noice.
