It's a BSOD named ???? by ?????, Is it a new map or something because i can't click on it xD

Both are correct.
Normally the community spotlight is ONE map. So the quick-link thingie can show a screen shot and links to its download area... Well the current Spotlight is WAY more than one map... so... its an error/sorta-intentional*
