Trouble Getting Custom Props into Portal 2

The .qc seems to be correct. The problem is, no texture is applied on your model. You need to do it before exporting.

That makes sense. If you want to optimize higher poly models, you still need to texture every face, but use polygon culling (deleting polygons the player will never see).
