Steam is pulling a Potato-hunt out again, now hunt for SUN!!

Currently i noticed steam started a midsummer event.
Putting most of their catalog on sale, and adding something extra to the mix.

Similar to the PotatoARG, you can now play indies for little achievements,
Every achievement gets you a ticket. And three tickets get you some DLC for you to pick out.

Including... Snorkels for Pbody and Atlas!!!
Considdering this is kinda free, when you have the games atleast...
Though they are mostly the potato games like Tokitori, AaaaAaaaaa and BitTripBeat.

Quite fun to do and easy to obtain achievements, shouldn't take more than 10 to 15 mins per game, depending on if you "look for advice" on the internetz...

Every day they launch a new set of achievments to obtain (and maybe seal off the previous ones?).

Also every ticket that you earn gets you in a daily drawing of 100 winners, winning their ENTIRE whishlist! (you do have to have 10 or more games in there to be elligable for a win)

So be sure to put all big upcomming games (like Saintsrow3, Metro:LastLight, DeusEx) in the wishlist!!!
(sadly skyrim isnt on steam preorder yet...)

Go check it out

It's not so much like the Potato thing as it is like the "Great Steam Treasure Hunt" from December last year. The key difference here is the free prizes incorporate a lot more games rather than just TF2, and you can pick which ones you want.

I got three tickets today, which is all I can so far. Got the Delve Deeper DLC as my first prize (that game is addictive, BTW) and I plan to get the TF2 sunglasses and Portal 2 snorkels as my next two.

There is no "N" in "Turret."

I want the everything pack for portal 2.

"Oh, in case you got covered in that repulsion gel, here's some advice the lab boys gave me: DO NOT get covered in the repulsion gel."

Personally I'm going to save my tickets for the gift giveaway, unless there is some DLC that I absolutely need to live (which there won't be).

You can spend your tickets on the prizes, and they still count for the giveaway. I spent my 3, and it still says I have 3 entries for the final drawing.

Oh. Well cool then.

P2 is 25 euros now, ideal for gifs (also: Back to the Future). Personally I will only try the achievs with what games I already have.
