[SP] Tangled up in Blue (Minimalism 5)
Quote from rock_n_rage on August 1, 2012, 7:52 pmGreat Puzzle El! Here's what I did -
I ran gel up the one wall on the side of the exit and then ran gel lip the light bridge coating it. Just bounced back and forth until I was by the exit. I actually found this by accident early on. After that, I popped down onto the blue gel that was on the floor, bounced up and ran along the laser field bars into the rattman den. Not sure if I'm an idot or not but I had to no clip up to the cube area. No portable surfaces up there.
Nice use of the TWP ad art!

Quote from El Farmerino on August 1, 2012, 9:12 pmRoger - Haha, I had thought that nothing spells 'don't come up here right now!' like a field of laserdeath, but I guess I was wrong... I was hesitant about including the lasers, actually, as it makes this the only map in the series where it's possible to die, but I thought they'd be more dissuading (and less expensive) than a strip of lightbridges. Anyway, I wouldn't make a puzzle with a solution quite so mean, trust me. Thanks for the feedback!
greykarel - Looking forward to your vid. As they say in Japan - ?????('Sasuga da ne!', no direct translation but basically in this context means "The high level of performance that is expected of you!")
rock - Yep, right on the money there. Thanks for playing!

Quote from macko68 on August 4, 2012, 1:58 amWas relatively easy for me and my main method was the same as zivi. I saw this concept in couple of maps so maybe that`s why. Saying that still a solid map. Looking forward for next releases. Many thanks for mapping
EDIT: greykarel nice one with the qube. Played your other maps and those are awesome - Pearly rules !

Quote from El Farmerino on August 4, 2012, 7:49 ammacko - Yeah, I thought this one would be a little easy, but then that's why I put in the Ratman den. Still, thanks for playing and taking the time to comment. greykarel's solution for the cube is pretty much exactly as planned, too, which is good to see!

Quote from El Farmerino on August 6, 2012, 12:14 amHa, cheers. As I say, this is the last in the series for now as I'm going on a long trip from the end of this month and won't be able to do anything until the New Year. I think next time I'll want to really take my time and make something special, and I've been wanting to do a co-op map, so that's a definite possibility...
