[SP] Paint_spots

Nothing that hasn't been said before. Great map, good use of all the mechanics, and AMAZING aesthetics. I didn't break it once, and it could have easily been right after Sp_a3_speed_ramp if sp_a3_bomb_flings didn't use that line.
