Yeah. Maybe Chell and GLaDOS used to be lesbians and tried to have adopt a kid together, but they weren't allowed to. So GLaDOS became frustrated and started working on putting her brain in a computer, so that she could figure out a way to trick the adoption industry. Chell tried to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge when she found out that GLaDOS finally managed to merge herself with a computer.
