It's an alright puzzle game. The only problem is that it's pretty short, I think it took me about 5 hours in total.

Looks a lot like Portal. Is it worth checking out in you opinion?

Never use Logic to solve a puzzle, he's an idiot...

I enjoyed most of it.

It has no story though, apparently they deleted that when they were pressing for a quick release before running out of money. You just wake up in those chambers and escape that facility in the end.

The levels consist of white blocks mostly. The puzzles are made from blocks with different colors that have different abilities. For example, a blue block acts as a spring that catapults you up, a red block can be extended to be a bridge for you etc. You use your left and right mouse buttons to activate/deactivate these colored blocks to reach the exit of the level.

I had no problem with the lack of a story, it was nice to make sense of everything for yourself. But like I said the length of about 5 hours was a definitely disappointing for the original price of 14 Euros.

Also, so far there doesn't seem to be a possibility to create custom levels so the replay value is pretty much 0 currently.

I loved the game, it did reminded me of portal 1.
I finished in about 3-4 hours.
If you wanna play a short but awesome game, this is it :P

The only thing it has remotely in common with Portal is the similar visual style. There is zero story to speak of.

True, there is no story whats however but the puzzles that are a build of simple elements but they will get you thinking!

Right, it's a great puzzle game. I just think comparing it to Portal is unfair to Qube and to Portal.

It looks like a really good game. I'm downloading the demo now to see how well it plays. Looking at the comments here I won't be disappointed. :)

EDIT: I just played through the demo and it was great! I hope to be able to buy the full game soon.

I've wanted to play this game for a while. The Mac port keeps getting delayed though. :(

I get annoyed by this too, but it's kind of like how all FPSes in the early nineties were compared to Doom. It will probably stop in a few years.

Got this today in a pack and got up to the end of part 5 in a couple of hours. It's alright, but I can't say I love it. Most of the puzzles so far are so easy to figure out that actually doing it is just a chore, and there isn't enough (or any) personality to the game to make up for it. The whole area in the dark was just irritating, too. Still, it's got a little better with these magnet puzzles (although I managed to get through three of them before I realised you can actually turn the magnets off).

They do invite it a little with those blue and orange flashes when you click the left and right triggers respectively....

EDIT: And... finished. Total play time - 2.8 hours. Not a bad game - I enjoyed some of the puzzles towards the end - but I'm very glad I didn't pay the full 12 quid asking price for it.
