So, CF was kind enough to describe his solution to me which involved some pretty cool ninja moves. I've now made a minor update to block these and hopefully make the intention slightly clearer. As I said to him, the non-Easter-egg intended solution
The mechanism for the cascading flip panels on the ceiling is really cool. I stepped off and on the button several times just to watch it again. 
With thanks for your encouragement, Grayarea, I think I've found the proper solutions now. I got carried away and made videos for all of the parts (and even did something a little different with video editing).

Great work CF! Glad you enjoyed it. All solutions as intended. The only variations from my videos are a) quality (yours are much better- love the rewind!) and b) some insignificant alternate choices. I'll link my vids later anyway.

@CF: It's really impressive that you figured out all the solutions. I played this map literally for days (2 hrs a day) and for the life of me couldn't solve the challenge of bringing all 3 items to the exit. Serious props!
