Portal Texture Broke

Help, I have problems with my Portal Textures, and dont know how to fix them.
Here are two Screenshots, there might be spoilers

Not sure whats going on in your second picture, but I had a problem similar to the one if your first; Try setting sv_cheats to 1 and then put in this command "mat_dxlevel_90" without the quotation marks of course.
