Well, by the look of it "ILUNOY" is the state Illinois in the U.S, he/she spelled it pretty much like it's pronounced. My guess is some kid who doesn't understand much of anything at this point in their life, I'm no expert on trolling, but I don't think this person is doing it right if they are.

Holy hell, I've encountered someone with similar typing "mistakes" before. Although, I would never give out specific information about myself when asked.

My niece is 9 yrs. old and she can spell better than THAT. My guess: Trolling 10 yr. old.
