You have a point, GLaDOS did seem sincere... but then again, after all the other crap that she's pulled...

I admit, that would be sort of cool, but not only would it make the game laggy/unplayable, it would also be massively confusing. Having to keep track of 6 different portals would be too complicated for my tastes.

Either After Aperture... or maybe even what happens inside Aperture after Portal 2s single and co-op events.. i mean

at the end of co-op mode GLaDOS makes a whole bunch of humans, that would have to result in something interesting happening, maybe them forming a resistance against Aperture. >.<

Remember when the wheat field that chell was released to? What if glados just made a hologram to trick chell?

Have you seen that vid where GLaDOS is testing on a person, and they think they escaped but it was just an illusion?
