Hammer has stopped Working

So, now i tested my ram with memtest, there are no Errors or anything..
I formate my hard drive when i have an extern hard drive ..
Another solution I have not...

SO, Today i formated my complete Pc and, it DOESNT work! -.-
I dont know why, i resetted all, and installed ONLY portal 2 and hammer, and it doesnt work!
Wtf is this *** -.-

Anybody who have the same Problem?

So, I have found a solution. I only had to cut the Internet connection.
I do not know why, but it works ...
