well... when i try to make or isntall a eye skin them... http://i.imgur.com/lYUAE.png
this happens also with other objects like Wheatleys eye metalical arms and so on... but when he is in the central AI body his eye is good, but it's annonying to see these buged textures. i'm using this tutorial http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/s ... light=skin
when i install a skin this same happens... i'm doing everything good (i think)

When we on Hammmer and Modding want to change the skin of something, we normally create a new model which we then implement in our map. (depending on the entity, that can be rather tricky). There has been a thread about cube reskinning lately. However, that was for cubes, which were implemented in certain maps. You change the already existing skins in the campaign. I have not much experience with that.
But why don't you ask the thread creator of the steam thread you posted? He wrote:
"I have tested this and found it to work but I might of missed something (Doubt it though or so I hope ). If it does not please post your problem and I'll help you.
"

yes. i'm not making a custom map , i kust want to change the skin of Wheatley. anyway i conctact the maker of the thread

What exactly is the problem again? In your images, is Wheatley not reskinned?

when i do the skin most of the texutres are white like on the screenshots doors arms and other things ,
and Wheatley witout the AI has the left and right pplates all white instead of gears , and his eye is also white
