Ah yeah no. First of all, don't mangle quotations like that, it's like you're trying to get a different point across than the one satchmo intended. Second, someone who does not have the most firm grasp on English but participates is not stupid by any means whatsoever. Someone who does not have the most firm grasp on English and demands that there be a separate forum for his/her native language, on the other hand, isn't necessarily stupid, but certainly is somewhat obnoxious.
I wouldn't be criticizing someone whose logic is significantly more rational and clear than my own if I were you.

Who knows if VALVe will implement any sort of community maps function into the PS3 system? If they do they've got a fair amount of work to do. They mostly have to deal with the issue of delivery and content choice. How does VALVe decide which maps are accepted into distribution? If they leave it completely open, how do they highlight maps which are of exceptional quality? Though it may be possible to program something that would allow custom maps on consoles (specifically the PS3), I wouldn't go to the trouble, mostly because 1) you'll have to deal with the above issues if you do get it working and 2) if VALVe ever develops anything a custom loader will most likely be rendered obsolete almost instantateously.

If Valve would hold a competition like that once every 6 months... with the focus on filling their map-packs/DLC's. I think they would get ALOT of attention. I mean, whats more awesome to a mapper then having their map featured in a official map pack.

I ment, just putting it on a flashdrive or downloading it from thinkingwithportals.com on your ps3. Also, thank you satchmo, My first language is Afrikaans, and I am in fact 15. But I am still sure of how easy it must be to program this, If programming a ps3 is as easy as delphi.

Quote from Blazinblaiser on November 6, 2012, 3:04 pmWell Portal 2 on the PS3 is already linked up to steam if you have an account, Why would it be so hard to allow a section in that steam menu to link to steam and contain custom maps. That way PSN nor Valve would have to work with each other, yet Valve could still get us the custom content.
