Back: To convert sample rate it isn't very hard at all. Open the file in Audacity, tell it to read directly (I don't know why it does that for WAVs), change the sample rate drop-down in the bottom left, and export back (not Save).

What?
The word "audacity" doesn't even make sense in that context, it's an abstract noun.

Quote from AD_79p2 on December 9, 2012, 8:15 pmUsing Audacity, I'm trying to make my AI voice sound more like an AI, and sound less like a normal human. However, my attempts have had bad results. Can anyone tell me how to make the voices sound more robotic?

Quote from FelixGriffin on December 9, 2012, 9:39 pmTry using the Filter > Change Pitch... setting, that makes it bounce up and down a bit like GLaDOS's. But you really need a pitch correction (Autotune) plugin, and I don't know any free ones. Sorry.
EDIT: A bit of Googling found GSnap, I'll have to try it out.

Quote from AD_79p2 on December 9, 2012, 10:19 pmOk, I didn't use that, but I got a decent result using the "delay" effect. Not bad, could use a bit of work.
