Creating the voice of GLaDOS

So there's a problem:
I want to create the voice of GLaDOS for my mod, and melodyne (the only program with tutorials on doing it) costs $300. I know there is a 30 day free trail, but I will need to use it for longer than 30 days (Reasons which I am too lazy to type.) I was wondering if anyone knew how to create her voice with a program that is free/doesn't cost much OR do it with Cubase 7.5.

You could always just use some cheap text-to-speech program, which I believe is what Mevious did for Portal Pro.

Yeah, but that's just the voice. You need to make the single pitched sounds and stuff.
