BSP Source don't work?

I don't know anywhere to ask (there isn't a forum for this program so.. I don't know)

I'm having this problem with BSP Source (A program for decompiling maps):

(translation:
C:Program Files (x86)Javajre1.8.0_51binclientjvm.dll was not create to be ran on windows or there is an error. Try installing the program again using the original media or contact the administrator of the system or the software provider to get support.
)

And if I press ok I get another error:

Is there a fix for this? Or another program for decompiling maps?

- you uninstalled previous java versions before installing new? try full uninstall/reinstall
- using bspsource 1.3.14?
- you start bspsource with bspsrc.bat?
- other progs: vmex 0.98g
