If you are using FF or Chrome with Noscript or Adblock, this might cause issues.

Just checked it with adblock on chrome, works fine.

I'm using Opera, but switching to Internet Explorer might probably work. Thanks for the tip

Just tuning in to announce that I'm using the latest Firefox and that download button is functional for me.

Confirmed not there in Opera 11.50. Very strange.

Then it's just the browser he is using. Opera is probably not the best browser you could use.
