Arrival_departure instance problem

my prob is not the portal gun
When i used the classic instance, i had a portal gun
But my problem is I spawn in the arrival_departure instance, NOT in the elevator
How can I resolve it ?

Are you having an info_player_start in the instance? Because you should not use one if you use the elevator. Use another instance instead for making the transition
