Adding GLaDOS to map

I successfully decompiled escape_02 only a few months ago and made this test map out of it. All entities that control the fight are deleted, so she just remains there and lets you eat the cake.

Don't eat it! It will poison you to death through a point_hurt!!!

I will do anything if it involves eating cake... Unless it's illegal... There's no cake in jail.
