Vote page not showing

In an upcoming test map, I am triggering (or at least trying to) the workshop vote page, but when I trigger it, nothing happens. Is this because I haven't uploaded it yet?

Alternately, you can directly fire the output to logic_relay instead of acceeding via the instance like so:
