Vactube Glass both sides

Update: Now there are no bad hexed models, now you can download new models with polygons in- and outside. So you will have phong and envmap reflections inside too. No .vtx errors with VRAD.
Sorry, could find any version with working decompile. It always crashes if I try to decompile. Otherwise I would have done it this way.
