Interesting. So the blue gel was just a decoy?

I started playing custom maps and record me playing them. It's neither a perfect run nor do I have to have solved the map in the way it's meant to solve it. I play the maps "blind", that means I've never been in them before and play them for the very first time. I also give a little feedback for the map in the video description.

Maybe you are interested in the fact, that I played your map: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKXCVOXbcJI

Yes, I suppose I just wanted to rack the player's knowledge of jump puzzles a bit.

Also, thank you for the playtest, I shall tweak the map a little in where you had slight problems.

Uninmpressive Old Aperture map, mostly built around platforming: close call jumps and sniping portals (nudge nudge) make its "puzzles". What perplexes me, is the thing about luring the player on a false path which kills him.

Pathfinding punishing exploration.

the hills are alive... with the sound of music

Running, jumping and crouching practice, nothing more. Maps in the original game using the same mechanic are much more fun to play. I am almost dissappointed enough to give this a 2, but it does work for what little it does. 3/5, but removed from playlist.
