Hmmm, I guess I was more confused than disoriented on this one. I think the labeling tripped me up. The first button has two moons on it and the cube drops and turns off the LB labelled with a moon. I kill that cube, a new one falls and the LB turns off again but it also turns off the laser grid in front of me which is not labelled with a moon. So, I think, OK, each button has three states. Then I go to the button marked with two Xs. And it turns off the fizzlers labelled with an X, but it does nothing for the grate near the exit marked with an X, but it does turn off the laserfields which are not marked with an X. An additional press of the button does nothing new. I take the cube to the button marked with two triangles. The fizzlers marked with the triangle turn off, but I see nothing else marked with a triangle and repeated presses of the button does nothing new. And now I'm stuck. And I'm left wondering: are these three-state buttons? Why do they work on things that aren't labelled with their symbol? And why do they do nothing for the things that are labelled with their symbol? And, more importantly, why am I trying to solve a sicklebrick map on a Saturday night after too much whiskey (or, "whisky", as you Scots like to say).
