[SP] sp_t2

New test chamber is sp_t3 . I include my previous map because now they combined (sp_t2 have elevator to sp_t3) and sp_t2 (revision 5) have many bug fixes and small changes. So if you don't complete sp_t2 , start with it , else go on sp_t3.

This pack tries to overwrite the file scriptsvscriptstransitionssp_lightboard_icon.txt, how about no?

Tried it without installing scripts, ran ok. Incongruous map, excellent design but the turrets part is kinda messy. Any particular solution, other than killing all and leave?

I like this map, but as xdiesp says, I don't like the idea of overwriting the script with your version. You should definitely use the VPK format for your release.

As for the turrets, that was interesting. Yes, there is an intended elegant solution for killing them and it's quite good (but I haven't been able to do it without getting hit at all by any bullets; though the chance of dying when doing it the correct way is very small). (But, I didn't see a way to leave the turrets intact.)

And I liked the easter egg too :)

Map was cool, easter egg was cool, puzzles were fairly simple but well thought out. nice, short map :)

At first ride, in the second room i

killed the 2 lower turrets by crouching behind them, and took the falling cube by pressing both buttons in short time. Then used the cube to kill the upper turrets.
This is obviously not the indended solution, but can't say if it's more easy or harder than the intended one.

I usually demorec the blind ride of every map i try, if you want it send me a private message.
(I'll stop recording if i die.)

What I did for the upper turrets:

portal to panel with target above; drop back down, leaving a portal to the white floor between the 2 turrets rows; emerge and kill, a bit messy

Couldn't really figure out a nice way to kill the turrets either.

killed the lower 2 by crouching and hitting 'em. Then got the cube with the lightbridge. Then I used the cube as a shield and crouched to the turrets on the upper level an hit em.

I know where the hidden room is, couldn't get there tough.
Used noclip in the end...

Nice little map, however it went from easy to hard in a way too short time, especially the turrets that suddenly appear after pressing the button.

I wasn't able to find a good solution to the turrets too, kinda messed up a little here and there to beat them, but finding the secret room was easy, and it was quite nice with that new fake graffiti hehe.(the portal in portal sketch was lol)

Ruien script in scripts folder just add custom testchamber sign. If you dont replace it , you will see 0 on the sign at start room. I will read about vpk in next time, but i think that is't necessary because map work well without script folder and its not a mod now.
about complete turrets

how simple complite turrets on 2:33. You just must use ctrl for hide and cube to go upper, but turrets may hit you one time, but it possible pass test without hits at all. kd5-Q_pljf0

I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
