[SP] [PTI] Lazy Lazers
Quote from canari on November 27, 2012, 1:31 pmThis map (medium-hard difficulty) deals with lasers. It was created with the level editor and then decorated with hammer.
You like/love this one ? Then rate it, and share it ! Also let me know your feeling about the puzzles, and try my other maps.

Quote from zivi7 on November 27, 2012, 4:40 pmThe custom overlays and the secret are really nice! It was nice to have that reminder about the secret area in the end.
The puzzles are alright. They are not really tough, but like many PTI-based they are a bit cluttered which makes it tough to overlook what does what easily.
What I didn't like about the custom stuff and the bts props was that they don't really fit into such a clean chamber. Personally, I would prefer to have these things placed in accessible bts areas, for example through a broken obs room window.

Quote from RogerL on November 27, 2012, 8:17 pmI thought the puzzles were more complex than most, especially the final one, though not difficult to complete. In my three playthroughs, the final door didn't open once for some reason; you might want to add a fizzler there as well -- otherwise you see two copies of the portals in outline in two different places. In the first room, were you really supposed to
press the cube button through the laser field
? If so, that's a pretty belligerent way to start off your map. I almost quit the map after dying a few times trying to do that. As zivi7 said, with all the buttons and catchers and stuff, it looks like a disorganized mess, but once you sort it out, it was fun to play.

Quote from quatrus on November 28, 2012, 3:39 pmA laser puzzle that I enjoyed, good puzzles, took me a while to sort them out but nothing requiring ninja skills.
The button through the laser wall at the start was the only solution, so had to try a couple times to get it
Well done. Thanks for creating.

Quote from sicklebrick on December 2, 2012, 2:52 pmWow, really liked that ^^
You managed to use some fairly unconventional techniques without going all ninja on us, and I love the way you re-used the elements over and over.As much as some of the non-pti bits maybe didn't go perfectly, I quite liked the mix, and it really brightened up the map; I usually find PTI corridor sections depressingly gray and awkward to figure out, but this was alright.
Cheers
