What the heck is happening today? I've tried 2 maps and both seem to be malfunctioning! :D

Spoiler
I've used the bridge to reach behind the turrets, grab them and throw them to the goo. Then I've pressed the button in a doubtly intended way by jumping from the bridge below and hitting +Use... but no cube was spawn! So I thought maybe the key was to break the glass of the observation room using a turret, and so I restarted the map and tried to no avail... Then I thought the maybe if I jump against the vertical floor-button I could open up the exit door, but nope... sorry, I just can't solve this

I wanted to download it, but saw that tanger2b commented on the Workshop: "This is made for people with the hydra controller. Looks good, wish I could play though."

I think only a rather small percentage of players has that controller. You should place a huge warning in the description that it won't work for everyone else to avoid confusion.

I can play using my mouse, so it's not just a controller (disable controller in panel).
The map is defective - got the turrets, not by laser but by jumping up behind them and grabbing.
The small cube drop button is activated by a ninja jump to the window top and walk over, no cube drops though just light on.
The button for the exit activates when pushed by jumping into it off a light bridge, but doesn't stay on.
What is the laser for?
Defective... back to work... Looks very nice though, maybe just a little dark. Did you have anyone play through this first?
EDIT 1: downloaded from your MAI site - same issues but maybe a bit brighter..

yep, reepblue and Collossal

Yeah, that's the problem. You can play maps made for that controller even if you don't have it. But usually you cannot solve them because you don't have the possibilities that controller gives you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaezAuXC ... ed#t=0m30s

it's your own fault for not having a Hydra in the first place

Nothing wrong with making maps for special devices, but why not post it in the introduction notes: MADE FOR AND DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT SIXENSE CONTROLLER...?

Dude, I was only pointing out that, as zivi7 already said, you should have mentioned this map is for the Hydra controller, don't you still think you needed to? do you still think the problem here is that the rest of users here in this forum simply don't own the controller? I sincerely think you're acting kind of egomaniacally

About the controller, hehe... to be honest, to me, thinking with portals is thinking with portals: the elements, the logic, your portals... what is it so special with your hydra controller deforming cubes and stuff to break every Portal element? have you considered that you are playing to a game completely different than the rest of us?

I think it is YOUR FAULT to have purchased that controller!
