[SP] Emancipated Polarity Advanced

This is a slightly advanced version of the first part of my first uploaded map "emancipated polarity". I was able align textures and fix that terrible lighting. Hope you like it, and I made this relatively unbreakable and does not require any speedrunner skills.

V1.5- added additional detail and a rat man den. Thanks to moth for the dynamic breaker box instance. Fixed an unintended solution as well.
