[SP] Aquillians United Test 00001

A short, but hard Singleplayer map, which uses some new gameplay concepts, like antigravity and Gel Juggling
This is my second Portal 2 map, and is meant to be hard. Hope you enjoy it.
If you don't like it, please tell me why so i can fix it, and make any later maps better

Doesn't load for some reason, here. edit: Apparently needed to be renamed, in order to work.

Unenjoyably difficult (aggravating flings) and mediocre on all fronts. Yuck.

not bad. I enjoy difficult fling puzzles, but I couldn't figure out out

Spoiler
how to turn off the red lazers to make the jump down to the lower door.

Sorry for the fact it didn't load, a renamed version has been submitted, which fixes that.
xdiesp, if you really don't like my map that much, you could give me some advice, as I want to make my maps as enjoyable as possible. This map was meant to be hard, and some of the more difficult flings I did try to make easier with trigger catapults, but this is only my second map, and I have a lot to learn.
edub, to get to the lower door you

Spoiler
don't turn off the lasers, but have to fling yourself down to that ledge. If you can't find somewhere to fling from, the box should be on the button

If you were well intentioned utilizing that difficulty, I immediately apologize because flawed maps are to be helped: my reprimand went to ill intentioned ones, looking for the unpleasant hardcore ways of killing you first and ask questions later (to cope with being unable to think of any good puzzle).

Now, I played this a hundred maps agobut... I think there were death-prone jumps and flings. Jump puzzles do exist and difficult too: I only found really a gear up, again the hardcore kind. In these cases, what comes to my mind is to generally give players chance to fail without punishing them: barriers instead of red fields, floors instead of water, shortcuts unlockable as you progress into the jump sequence.

I still had to rename the file to get it to load. The first room was a bit of a pain to figure out, but the flings weren't that hard to do with a bit of practice (i.e. I died, a lot.)
The second room had me completely baffled. What were the button stalks for, besides floating around the ceiling? I got the final fling without using them at all. However, there was some really weird world-portal-like effect coming out of the angled panel at the top of the room. It seemd like you didn't come out of the portal, but just materialized in mid-air. I was trying to hit a portal where I was expecting to land, but I just didn't have enough time before I hit the floor. I found another solution which didn't involve trying to shoot while flying.
I love flinging, it's my second favorite thing to do in Portal (the first is to listen to Cave Johnson), but I don't love it enough to do this one twice. 2/5 from me.

I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
