Sounds Being Cut-off Early

I have 5 custom .wav voice files in my map, and 4 of them play fine in-game and in hammer. However, the other one plays fully in Hammer but is cut off about 2/3 through playing when I am in-game. With ent_messages_draw on no entity seems to be telling it to shut off so I am clueless as to what is going on. Has anybody else experienced this before?

I haven't had that before, and my custom sound works perfectly.

From what I remember of IRC the problem was fixed by snd_rebuildaudiocache.
