Something has to be wrong[New Problem in thread]
Okay, I went to compile my map like normal. It started flooding with yellow errors. The only words I can catch were BSP, <material>, solid, and there was something else, there were also a bunch of random numbers. It stopped as I was beginning to write this, and now I can't run it in Portal 2. What is this about?
Quote from FelixGriffin on December 17, 2013, 7:27 pmCould you post the actual error message? "There was something else, there were also a bunch of random numbers" is not helpful.
This is obviously your first error, so I imagine it's a leak.

There's a huge list here of all the compile errors that can occur. This message means that something's messed up with brushes at those coordinates. You could try looking around that area or checking for map problems (alt-P) to see if there are invalid brushes.

Quote from JoeyGuy917 on December 18, 2013, 8:09 pmOkay, so now I am on the new map I made from scratch, it compiled without errors, but now the game crashed when i try to load it
Maybe...
Maybe it is because I have an info_paint_sprayer in the map, and I have no option for paint in map under map properties. Literally.
Quote from Gemarakup on December 18, 2013, 11:47 pmThat shouldn't be a problem. The gel just doesn't colour anything. Did you use areaportals in your map?
