[Solved] Missing (?) texture issue probably due to lightning
Quote from Liam on July 22, 2012, 7:13 pmAfter searching the forums I found this awesome instance made by Lp which I instantly added to my map and it workes. Changed the wall and floor textures and... yeah then I noticed some purple textures on the metallwall048b texture to the right of the sign and the metallift below the room which probably indicate some errors: Screenshot
Can anyone reproduce this issue or even suggest a workaround?

Just build the cubemaps and it should go away.

Did you modify the map and compile again while you had Portal2 running on background AND with that map running? because that lack of reflections on the textures uses to appear when you do so... remember always to compile when an ealier version of the map is not currently being run.

Thanks to you both.
