[SOLVED] Compiler crash during VRAD

I'm working on my current map:

Just added a new intro area, before an escape into a bts area. I've only ran into problems after adding this new area, and whilst it's no problem to remove it and make something else, I'd really like to play around with what I've got. So here's my problem...

BSP and a full VIS runn fine. My problem is around 10 or 15 minutes into VRAD, progress is around 99% (mem usage 1.6GB) then VRAD crashes with no error printed in the compile log:

There are props in your map that are outside of the map.
Go to those coordinates and fix it (place a nodrawbox where the props are outside if they need to be placed there OR move the props inside of the map.

Thanks I'll try that. Must have missed something. It will take a while, but I'm curious as to why VBSP and VVIS pass, but VRAD crashes?
