[Solved] Are plants entities?

I wonder where all the plants are. I know that grass for example is a texture, but where are all the bushes, trees and lianas?

They are models.
Filter foliage in the model browser.
If I remembered correctly,
Trees, lianas and bushes are models. Try searching "tree", "foliage", or "vine" in the Model Browser. You should see them.
Valve have always put their 'plant' models under foliage. Just like they put all tile materials into 'tile'.

But in other games like hl2 they are under foliage too, that's why you can easily import them into your game and have it fit.
