Reflection Gel Particles

Modified particles for reflection gel splats. Must be added into the particles manifest like so:

Copy, then put two slashes in front of, the lines for the old paintsplat particle files:
//"precache" "paint_bomb_fx.pcf"
//"precache" "paint_splats_fx.pcf"

Paste, and add _new to the ends of, and ! to the fronts of, the new filenames.

You need to have a fixed reflection gel blob texture for this to work!

These ones are a bit outdated, I only uploaded them to share with some other people who are working on the gel with me. I have the gel fully working now, with particles and materials, and will upload it after my contest map is done.

Reflection gel was an internal test at valve, when they were told the gel was still in game the valve employees were shocked really.

As for the test element itself: it's basically a reflection cube with some minor changes (like you can bounce a laser between a couple of walls) one of the issues is that the laser will still stop losing its power after a certain amount of bounces.

The other main issue is that the reflection behind a corner, which is what I've seen most with reflection gel, is really really annoying, because you can't see what's happening. All in all I think it's good they didn't include it.

I have some instances and stuff for gel flows, pipes, and particle effects that I'll include in the final release if you want them.
