Radeon Catalyst Drivers

Okay. Anyone here running a HD series Radeon card on Windows 7? Because I have a beef with the drivers. On the one hand, revision 11.2 allows me to run Portal/2 and other Valve games without problems.
Revision 11.3 however causes a BSOD whenever I run the games fullscreen. Does anyone know if 11.4 and higher have fixed this bug? Because I really don't want to go to the hassle of updating and then having to roll back the driver AGAIN.
Because I can't run Photoshop with 11.2.
