[PTI] Verticular Twins
Quote from SkyFerret on July 6, 2012, 1:02 amOkay, so I haven't been pumping them out like I was before. I guess it time for a new addition to the series. This is the eighth addition in which 2 vertical towers are interconnected. Not all that difficult, but it should be fun. I wanted to make it a lot more interesting, but I was starting to hit the object limit. As for those Frankencubes, sometimes they stay balled up after you use them on a button and wont walk anymore, and sometimes they don't. It's a glitch in the game. If you encounter this, simply get a new one. Perhaps Valve will eventually fix this.
Enjoy.

Quote from sicklebrick on July 6, 2012, 3:49 amYay, more verticular!
This one's definitely more straightforward than some of the others, and maybe required a little less backtracking to the other levels (other than for the monster box) but it still feels verticulary and fun, thanks
CAbljlxz2J0
Heh, by the time I'd figured out how to stop the monster box from jamming up I'd gotten quite fast at finishing the level >.<
Quote from SkyFerret on July 6, 2012, 12:31 pmIn the first chamber, you made that cube toss look pretty easy. I thought that I had the tractor beam far enough back to make a cube toss a little out of reach, but I had an incline that someone might pull it off. Damn you cube tossers
I didn't want to put it too far back because the player would have to wait too long for the Frankencube to do its thing. I could update it so the player has to stand on a button that is farther away and that button would deactivate a fizzler field so the Frankencube can safely make it there. Other than that, I enjoy watching other players gameplay recordings because it gives me a better understanding of what to watch for in the future. Thanks for taking the time to upload.
Cheers.
