[PTI] Multiplex Velocity

This puzzle is mostly portal flinging to get around. Vertical, horizontal and angular velocities are used to navigate through a multiplex of various layers. High vertical drops as well as tractor beams to give that extra height for that maximum fling velocity that we all love. Medium difficulty.

It's strange how it didn't show up in my email notification. Usually any comment or posting always shows up. It's just that I check everyday and feel like I missed it. But you're right, 3 days isn't so bad.
