[PORTAL 2] Fade a brush

Is there any way to fade a brush entity out? I've got a model set up to fade, but I can't figure out how to fade a brush entity. I might just have to make a model with Propper.

EDIT: Just realised how vague that post was. I meant 'fadedist'

Don't worry, I just plopped it all into Propper and used the 'fadeandkill' input instead.

You can also turn the brushes into a func_LOD... so much easier...
