Panel help

Can someone help me with panels it seems that they spaze out on me alot

I don't know maybe some of you could just leave me tips or a video guide that I can understand

I have mapped for about 6 mouths but for some reason this is the hardest part for me D:

It's making feel very mad I spent like 3 hours on it please help :roll:

Thanks to that video, I made it to work today as well. You should be able to catch all the details from it. That guy is really good.

For future reference, this guy has a great website with a ridiculous amount of detailed tutorials.
