Portal 2 uses animations not face-posing as face posing is done by moving and stretching meshes. You can see this thread how to create an animation using the SDK face poser for a core (though they actually play and create the animation/model through Garry's mod).
You could probably make the animations for GLaDOS and save them to a model, however creating and using the custom scenes in Portal... no.
