Looking for original mappers.
Quote from Chrazini on February 19, 2014, 3:35 pmHello there everyone!
I am writing this because I am currently working on a little project with my friend, and we would like to hear if anyone was interested in joining or contribute to the project. The map is currently separated into five sections. One lobby and four individual puzzles. I am currently working on one of them, but to ensure quality, we would love to get some help creating the other three remaining puzzles by the fantastic community. We are sharing a Google Drive folder which contains all maps, instances and all sorts of custom stuff if we get into that later (we would love to get a voice actor to do some custom lines). This makes it easy to see the progress of the others, and the instances makes it extremely easy to ensure that we all use the same elements and preferences throughout the puzzles.
We are trying to create something a little bit different, without making it too unfamiliar. Some elements, like the cube dropper, has been replaced with a self-made spawner. We are also very open for world portals, if they are used interestingly and logical (to some extent).
My friend, Exfridos, is helping us out by providing vscript (if you are not familiar with this, we will love to inform you), which enables us to create something a bit more advanced or abstract in the puzzles. Just send a request and he will figure out a way to create it.
The project itself is not very big, but quality takes time. If you have any more questions feel free to contact us at:

Quote from Chrazini on February 20, 2014, 2:05 pmThanks for your replies - I will try to give you a better understanding of what this really is. First, as I stated in the first post, the project itself is quite small. It will not be very time consuming, and you will therefore not need to sacrifice or devote all your time to this. If you, at any moment during the progress, decide that this is not for you, you are free to go, and take everything you made with you.
Moreover, no, I have not given a lot of information at this time, but I honestly do not know exactly how the project is going to develop at this point.
My thought with this was to get as much variety as possible in the levels, and that is exactly why I thought it would be a good idea to see if anyone around the globe would help me develop this. I know that this is quite a long shot, and because of the size of the project, there really is not much to show off at this point in time. There were also a few people commenting on the fact that I said originality and only mentioned a few cubes and world portals, which already is being heavily used in the world of portal 2 maps. I understand your concern, and I hope that IF anyone think that this project might sound just a little bit appealing, that they will help us out with the originality. We are very open for anything.
I do not expect anything, and I was really only looking for a bit of cooperation, and most importantly a bit a fun. And the very last thing, if you still feel like you need more information, feel free to contact me via the link above
Sorry for any inconvenience.

It will help if you layout the basic ground work for whatever it is your working on.
