How To Play Custom Portal 2 Maps

Hey guys i love portal 1 and 2 and portal 1 i found it was easy to import custom portal 1 maps through the bonus feature maps thing anyway, i see that you can import maps into portal 2 if so how would i go doing this?. Also were do i put the Files?

Sorry if this topic is already made but if someone could direct me to the right spot or just tell me in the simplest way of doing this i would be grateful thank you very much

also please feel free to reccomend some good custom maps to download only one i have tried a long time ago was Portal The Flash Version Map Pack for Portal 1

Go to your settings, set a key for the developer console, press it and write in it
map <mapname>

Here is a list of good maps:
portal-two/full-list-of-contest-map-ratings-t3842.html
I recommend everything above 3.5er ratings.
